This product is not a dye, but simply a over lay. Shows best over white or mint green, but will go over any color. Don't forget to charge it for 10 to 15 minutes for best glow.
Shake before uses, and between applying to shoe. This color is transparent. We recommend three to four coats, or to your liking.
Use in a well ventilated area.
